The hotel is conveniently located right on the edge of the river, with a bridge leading into Mettlach. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the river and the picturesque Mosel valley. the rooms are spacious and furnished with vintage furniture, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. the bathrooms are spotless and well-equipped, featuring luxurious fixtures and fittings. the friendly staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast offerings are fantastic, with options such as freshly cooked eggs and organic produce.

There is one aspect that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

We stayed there with 2 children. Excellent location for the trips by car to Trier, Luxembourg and Sarbrucken (all 40 km). Very helpful staff, good services, nice environment.

For children would be good to have some space with toys to play.

This hotel in the Mosel valley is a true gem. The attention to detail and the value for money are exceptional. The location right on the edge of the river, by the bridge into Mettlach, offers stunning views. The rooms, especially those with water beds, come highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel's location by the bridge into town allowed for easy access to this scenic and historically rich city, comparable to a charming fairytale village. The staff were cute and helpful, providing explanations on the history of the area and ensuring that my breakfast experience was personalized and good.

Mentioned in booking: free parking and internet. No...had to buy from hotel for 8 euro a tmobile card. Free parking....had to move back and forth acrosst the river twice a day and then walk across the bridge.

I did like the location to the outlet shopping. The breakfast was good and the view from our room was nice. The manager left the key for us when we arrived one hour past the time to check-in. Breakfast was good, but not great.

The parking was around the corner and down a large hill. The bed was not comfortable and the pillow was poor.

The hotel offered a Christmas package which included a traditional meal and some festive decorations. The location was perfect, as it was near the main shopping area and within walking distance of some tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was not comfortable as it was too small for two people to move around comfortably. the heating was not working properly and the room was too hot for us to sleep.

Clean, friendly staff, great location near the Villeroy & Boch factory outlet, gasthaus rooms was supplied with thoughtful kits (eg. eyeglass cleaner, wipes to rejuvenate tired legs, sanitary towels, etc.). Good restaurants closeby. Breakfast was organic and quite good.
